Celebrate the extraordinary level of care that Sharp HospiceCare brings to end-of-life patients and their loved ones at the 18th Annual Sharp HospiceCare Regatta and Benefit Dinner.
Hosted by Sharp HospiceCare, the benefit regatta brings together, racers, community organizations, and local families for an important cause, Sharp HospiceCare's Homes for Hospice.
Important Update:
We find ourselves at a pivotal moment in this pandemic: COVID-19 cases are on the rise once again. As a result, the Sharp HospiceCare Benefit Regatta Planning Committee and Sharp HealthCare leadership have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Regatta dinner and Spectator Boat Party on August 27 and 28. We are disappointed we will not be able to celebrate the Regatta with you this year and are so grateful to the many sponsors and individuals who donated to this year’s event.
The mission of Sharp HospiceCare continues each and every day. Support of Sharp HospiceCare is more important now than ever before. Throughout Sharp HospiceCare’s history, generosity from the community has made possible all three of our Hospice Homes and the many programs that make us who we are. Most importantly, philanthropy has allowed us to care for many of those in our community who are terminally ill and without insurance or the means to pay.
Proceeds from this year’s canceled event will go to support our 4th hospice home – MountainView Home located in Poway, CA. We will be breaking ground later this year and are thrilled to share the renderings of the home with you. Please click here for more information.
Thank you to our host Coronado Yacht Club and community race partner Cortez Racing Association and all the supporters Sharp HospiceCare.
